Inexpressible Beauty

I thought I embedded this yesterday but there was a glitch. It's just as good today.

I can't remember now how I found Karen Maezen Miller. But I am so, so glad I did. She reminds me to nurture the best in myself, to find pleasure in the simplest actions, to be grateful for what I have, to be mindful of the life I am leading.

And to top it all, she sends me an email that says simply, "You lift me up."

What if we all felt that way? What if we used our power for good?
